What stays on your phone

To work, the app saves a few things only on your device:

• The two names you enter
• The date you got together, and what you said you want more of
• Your favorite cards and saved stories
• Your stats (nights in a row, cards played) and settings, like spicy mode

We never receive this information. It isn't sent to us or to anyone else. It's deleted when you delete the app. If you back up your phone to iCloud or a computer, it may be included in that backup, which is controlled by you and Apple.

Purchases

1AM Premium is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we never see your name, email or payment details. The app only learns from Apple whether a subscription is active, so it can unlock Premium. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-in
• No advertising and no ad tracking
• No analytics or third-party data collection
• No selling or sharing of personal data

This website

1amcouples.app is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

If you email us

If you contact support, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.

Children

1AM is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Because we don't hold personal data about you, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Deleting the app removes everything it saved. For any privacy question, email us and we'll help.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
